An industrial sampler for a wide variety of materials, including pellets, chips, flakes, granules and powders. Available in several sizes, it provides representative and repeatable samples form ships, rail cars, trucks, tubs, bulk-bags or other vessels. “Core” type sample probe extracts a vertical cylinder of material from the vessel without pulling dust or fines from the surrounding mass. Sample is then pneumatically transported to the collection point. Sample probe is mounted on the swivel stand and boom which are hydraulically powdered in three axis. Joystick controls are standard. Standard construction: Heavy carbon steel stand, mast and boom, double wall steel sample probe, rugged hydraulic power unit. Other construction materials available as required by application.
